Everybody wants healthy and flexible joints and deep breath because everybody wants to be healthy.

Some of the benefits of Yoga to our body:

Physical body: Flexible joints, balanced nervous system, relieves the pain at the joints. The whole body feels rejuvenated.

Emotional body: Rejuvenation, stress relieve, the body is trained to welcome joy, love and optimism.

Mental body: Our mind concentrates better, positive focus of mind.

The way to achieve all the above:

  • Asana
  • Pranayama (breathing)
  • Meditation
  • Self-observation
  • Yoga has come into our lives to open the path for the connection with our soul!!!
